Hi all camp committee members!
Objectives of our CAMP:
To build and keep the sense of Camaraderie going
An opportunity for potential Leaders(U guys!) to explore your capabilities
To gain an invaluable Experience
Please prepare your individual department's proposal in both soft and hard copy. Font size 12, bold, Times New Roman. On the 18th May, every department will have to give a short briefing of your preparations/ proposals.
Discipline Department:
-a copy of the discipline card
Secretary Department
-a copy of the attendance card
Campfire Department
-layout of seats n stage/ decoration
-type of performances(sketch, dance etc.), duration for each group etc.
-a design of the invitation card(formal)
Games
-prepare a telematch(preferably with a first aid theme)<2hr 45min>*
-prepare for a night hunt<1hr 15min>*
-allocate the stationmasters
-take safety into consideration when you plan your games
*inclusive of breaks
NOTE: Each department have to submit in their budget(for stationeries, decoration items, games items etc.) proposal to the treasurer (try to minimise) =)

The programme and list of camp items will be discussed during the meeting itself.
