To all cadets that is attending the NCOC,
this is reverted to each and everyone of you except for amalina and chanel. This means that ALL of you is in NCOC and NO ONE is to absent themselves from the course, from sec1s all the way to the sec3s. NO ONE is to ask me again whether or not they can quit the course.
from the rules and regulations of the NCOC you must be absent with valid MC, PARENTS LETTER or SCHOOLS LETTER if its a sch event.
to the sec3s: last sat ur is absent due to school sports carnival. on the 15nov you people will be going for dunearnite. This means that ur are absent for one theory day and LOA for another theory day. again, ur are nt suppose to ask me again if your can dun go for the course totally. I see no reason for ur to quit the course if the sec2s are also in it.
to the sec1s & 2s: ur will LOA on 15nov for dunearnite and some of you are going overseas on certain dates. Your are suppose to check with ur GI the respective documents that ur must hand in. No one is suppose to quit the course on your own accord.
The TIC & Officers is to explain to the NCOC committee for absentees from our corp weekly. Its your own responsibility to attend and pass the course ONCE your name is SUBMITTED which is all of your names. The next time some one is absent for no appropriate reason, you are to explain to the HQ officers urself instead of the TIC or the corp officers.
Behaviour:
All of you is suppose to have appropriate behaviour no matter if its during the course or in normal training. I have received complaints from the NCOC committee on some of you peoples attire, hair, uniform, etc.. The next time i receive a complaint about any of you, you will be the one doing the explanations to the commiittee in front of the WHOLE NCOC.
This will be the first and last warning to ALL of you regardless of which year you are from.
