Hey SJAB, there's an activity this coming Tuesday. You all should know right? I want to see a FULL attendance. Attire will be FULL UNIFORM. Don't give any accuses and all of you are suppose to wear it. I don't care whether it haven't dry or what. Wear it on Saturday and it should be dry by Tuesday unless the sun, wind or air had already extinct, and this surely can't be. You all have already shown how Dunearn SJAB standard is like in NCO course and prepare your FULL UNIFORM so last minute and asking your senior to borrow you this and that. I will follow strictly to this December Holiday attendance. If there's no parent letter or MC given the you all can forget about CCA Point for SJAB and also your future POST. Letter & MC can ONLY be given ONCE for this whole holiday. Better be punctual for all activity.

NCOC attendance & behaviour

To all cadets that is attending the NCOC,

this is reverted to each and everyone of you except for amalina and chanel. This means that ALL of you is in NCOC and NO ONE is to absent themselves from the course, from sec1s all the way to the sec3s. NO ONE is to ask me again whether or not they can quit the course.

from the rules and regulations of the NCOC you must be absent with valid MC, PARENTS LETTER or SCHOOLS LETTER if its a sch event.

to the sec3s: last sat ur is absent due to school sports carnival. on the 15nov you people will be going for dunearnite. This means that ur are absent for one theory day and LOA for another theory day. again, ur are nt suppose to ask me again if your can dun go for the course totally. I see no reason for ur to quit the course if the sec2s are also in it.

to the sec1s & 2s: ur will LOA on 15nov for dunearnite and some of you are going overseas on certain dates. Your are suppose to check with ur GI the respective documents that ur must hand in. No one is suppose to quit the course on your own accord.

The TIC & Officers is to explain to the NCOC committee for absentees from our corp weekly. Its your own responsibility to attend and pass the course ONCE your name is SUBMITTED which is all of your names. The next time some one is absent for no appropriate reason, you are to explain to the HQ officers urself instead of the TIC or the corp officers.

Behaviour:
All of you is suppose to have appropriate behaviour no matter if its during the course or in normal training. I have received complaints from the NCOC committee on some of you peoples attire, hair, uniform, etc.. The next time i receive a complaint about any of you, you will be the one doing the explanations to the commiittee in front of the WHOLE NCOC.

This will be the first and last warning to ALL of you regardless of which year you are from.

Those who are still holding on to the NCO application forms, please hand in all to Tsz Ting latest on Thursday, 11th October 2007, right after your art paper. All late forms will not be entertained. All sec TWOS have to hand in your forms. This course is STRICTLY COMPULSORY! If you fail to or choose not to hand in your forms, this is your own loss. Not only will you not be promoted, you'll also not regarded as a NCO.

I would like to address some matters regarding the NCOC.

1. Keep up with your personal bearings. =) I am pleased with all of you for showing up in your best standard of full-u attire. Keep it up! Remember to maintain your discipline, response and posture.
2. Do encourage the other 2 of your fellow members who were absent. Motivate one another and I hope all of you will excel in the course and hopefully Dunearn will not have any dropouts for this course.
3. Just to recap that only Medical Certificates and school letters are allowed to verify your absence. Try your very best not to miss any of the Course Dates.
4. Keep up with the punctuality! Give wake-up calls to one another =)
5. Be mentally prepared for the next theory course onwards as lessons will start proper. Rest well the night before and have sufficient sleep.
